Important: By registering an account or continuing to use the platform FCM99, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue your use of the FCM99 platform.
1.1 This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and FCM99 ("Company", "We", "Platform"), which operates the website fcm99.xyz and all related services.
1.2 FCM99 is an online betting platform offering a diverse range of entertainment services, including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette and more), Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, Champions League and more), progressive jackpots, virtual sports and other games listed on the platform from time to time.
1.3 This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account at FCM99 or from the date you first use any of our services, whichever is earlier.
1.4 These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional terms specific to particular promotions or games displayed on the platform FCM99.
2.1 To register and use the services FCM99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant to FCM99 that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.1. Any false information provided during or after registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Age Warning: It is a serious offence to register at FCM99 if you are under 18 years of age. FCM99 takes child protection seriously and supports adult content filtering programs to prevent access by minors.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account only at FCM99. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, IC numbers or any other details, is strictly prohibited.
3.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your official identification, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please do not share your login credentials with anyone. FCM99 will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
3.4 If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the support team FCM99 immediately via live chat or email support@fcm99.xyz for account protection measures.
3.5 FCM99 reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without providing a reason, at our absolute discretion.
4.1 All deposits and transactions on the platform FCM99 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). FCM99 does not accept foreign currency in any form.

4.4 You may only deposit funds from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits, including those from family members, are not permitted. FCM99 reserves the right to freeze funds and request verification if there is reason to suspect that a deposit originated from a third party.
4.5 FCM99 does not charge any deposit processing fees on our end. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond FCM99's control.
Note: Deposits are typically credited to your account FCM99 your account within 2 minutes for eWallet and 5–10 minutes for FPX. If your deposit is not credited within the stated timeframe, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment.
5.1 Withdrawals from your account FCM99 may only be made to the same payment method or one linked to a verified identity. FCM99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 Before the first withdrawal request is processed, FCM99 may require full identity verification from the member, including a copy of their MyKad or passport and proof of payment method. This process is a standard compliance measure to prevent money laundering.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard members and higher for VIP members based on the designated tier.
5.4 FCM99 aims to process withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members, and faster for VIP members. However, in cases that require additional security checks, processing may take up to 24 business hours.
5.5 FCM99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there is any suspicion of fraud, suspicious activity, or outstanding additional verification requirements.
5.6 All bonuses credited to an account are subject to wagering requirements before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of that bonus.
6.1 FCM99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, weekly VIP rebates, free spins and seasonal promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms.
6.2 The wagering requirement for bonuses is typically between 15x and 35x the bonus amount received, depending on the type of promotion. Specific requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
6.3 Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes on the platform FCM99 only and may not be transferred, sold or traded in any form.
6.4 FCM99 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through conduct deemed to be promotional abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedge betting across opposing markets, or any strategy clearly intended to manipulate the promotions system.
6.5 FCM99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses currently in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements will not be affected by such changes unless otherwise stated.
7.1 All games available at FCM99 – including slots, baccarat, roulette, Sports Betting (EPL, Malaysian Super League, Champions League and more), jackpots and virtual sports – are subject to the individual game rules displayed on the platform.
7.2 The outcome of all games at FCM99 is determined by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by an independent body, or by a live game process witnessed by professional dealers via live video stream. All outcomes are final.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a game session, FCM99 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. FCM99's decision in such cases is final and binding.
7.4 For Sports Betting and other sports markets, FCM99 follows industry-standard rules in settling bet outcomes. Cancelled or postponed matches will be handled in accordance with the Sports Betting policy stated on the platform.
7.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are clearly stated within the game interface. Bets that exceed the set limits will not be accepted by the system.

9.2 Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the support team FCM99. All valid balances will be returned via the original method once the identity verification process is complete.
9.3 In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements and winnings obtained through conduct that breaches these terms may be forfeited by FCM99.

11.2 By registering an account, you grant FCM99 to collect and process your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, legal compliance, and service-related communications.
11.3 FCM99 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
12.1 Platform FCM99 is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. FCM99 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors or viruses at all times.
12.2 FCM99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes.
12.3 Maximum liability FCM99 to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12.4 You acknowledge that online betting involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting decisions made on the platform FCM99.
13.1 FCM99 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice on the website or by email.
13.2 Continued use of the platform FCM99 after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
13.3 It is your responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.
14.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through FCM99's internal dispute resolution procedure FCM99 before being referred to the jurisdiction of any competent court.
14.2 You agree that any legal action or proceedings against FCM99 shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
14.3 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent of the agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
